Zeiss LSM710

Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope

The Zeiss LSM710 is a laser scanning confocal microscope that incorporates the latest advances in optics, light path efficiency, low noise scan electronics and detectors. This instrument has advanced imaging capabilities offering high sensitivity with superior signal to noise ratio. It allows the performance of automated long-term multi-position life cell experiments. The system is equipped with a motorized X-Y stage, a piezo stage for fast focussing with a temperature, humidity and CO2 controlled live chamber XL incubator. Data is acquired using the latest version of the Zen software. Acquired data can be imported into all of our image analysis platforms as raw files for further analysis.
