Histology Lab

The Histology Lab which is housing equipment for immunofluorescence and immuno-histochemistry staining, paraffin embedding and paraffin cutting is available for training and support (Lab G809a in Murtenstrasse 35). This lab is also the location for the histology course taking place every year in November. In exceptional cases (research in collaboration) histology procedures can be performed in the lab under the supervision and after coordination with Selina Steiner or Carlos Wotzkow.

Cell Culture Lab

A cell culture lab equipped with a sterile hood (bookable using the online booking system) and a cell culture incubator for all IncuCyte users who want to process and store living samples before during and after live imaging. The work or storage in the cell culture lab has to be performed under the supervision and after coordination with Selina Steiner or Carlos Wotzkow.

Hardware for image processing

Two Workstations (Windows 7) located in Murtenstrasse 40 in U116 may be booked for image processing (Imaris, CL-Quant, ImageJ) using the booking system.
